vPro Fleet Services waitlist form fails (CORS error on /users/waitlist)

I’m trying to join the Intel vPro Fleet Services waitlist via the Microsoft Intune
partner portal, but the form submission fails with:

“We could not reach the service… Category: transport-or-cors”

Browser console:
- GET https://api.vprofleet.intel.com/api/v1/me/tenants → 403
- POST https://api.vprofleet.intel.com/api/v1/users/waitlist → blocked by CORS
(preflight response has no Access-Control-Allow-Origin header)

Tested on corporate network, mobile hotspot and InPrivate mode (no extensions)
with the same result, so it appears to be server-side.

Company: C.C. Jensen A/S (Denmark), ~300 Lenovo ThinkPad T16 devices, Intune/Entra ID.

Could you add us to the waitlist manually or advise another way to sign up?

Thanks,
Claus

To access Intel® vPro® Fleet Services (vFS), you must first create an Intel Support account using the same email address that you intend to use with vFS.

When signing in to the vFS portal, the authentication process is as follows:

  1. Navigate to the Intel® vPro® Fleet Services website and enter your email address.
  2. You will be redirected to the Intel Support sign-in page.
  3. Enter your Intel Support account credentials (username/email and password).
  4. After successful authentication, you will be redirected back to the vFS portal.
  5. Enter your vFS passphrase to complete the sign-in process.

Please note that Intel has updated the vFS authentication process to enhance security. An Intel Support account is now required before you can access vFS. Also, your Intel Support account password is different from your vFS passphrase.

If you have not yet created an Intel Support account, please do so using the link below:

Intel Support:

To create your account:

  • Select the User icon.
  • Enter your email address.
  • Follow the prompts to create your Intel Support account password.

If you have already requested access to Intel® vPro® Fleet Services and have been added to the waitlist, please note that your vFS passphrase will be sent to your registered email address once the request has been processed. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.

Please verify that you are following the above process and let us know if you encounter any issues during any step of the registration or sign-in process. We will be happy to assist further.

Hello,

I have the same situation as Steinhaugen mentioned. The account is registered and created on the Intel support page, but once I try to join the wait list, I receive the error:

We could not reach the service. This may be a network issue, or your browser blocked the response. - Category: transport-or-cors

Tried it from different locations worldwide and got the same error. We are also trying to connect to our Intune.

Is there a solution that may be provided and is not already listed above?

We are aware of the CORS error affecting the /users/waitlist page, and our development team is actively investigating and working toward a resolution. In the meantime, we kindly request that you open a support ticket using the link below so that we can properly track your case and provide updates as they become available: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-us.html#support-intel-products_81240:54995
