Hello Hanterq,

Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.

Please be informed that we can accommodate only one game per thread. This allows us to provide you with focused support and more accurate troubleshooting. With that in mind, could you kindly let us know which game you would like us to prioritize?

Kindly also share the additional information below for further investigation.

1. Were you able to play the game without issues before?

2. Are you running the games through Steam, Epic, or another launcher?

3. What resolution and graphics settings are you using?

4. Have you tried DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and clean driver installation?

5. Does the issue occur immediately or after playing for a while?

6. What are your GPU and CPU usage percentages during gameplay?

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate a complete copy of the System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*

I look forward to your response.

Hi Hanterq,

Thank you for sharing all this information. Can you please confirm if we will focus on Spider-Man: Miles Morales on this thread? Kindly also try updating the driver to the latest version 32.0.101.8531 and ensure that a clean installation using DDU is performed.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Best regards

I have done clean driver installation. Now I have the latest drivers.

After downloading the drivers I tried to play the game, but its still in the same condition. I want fix of Spider-Man games .Both in Miles Morales and Spider-Man Remastered

Hi Hanterq,

Thank you for trying the recommended steps, and I’m sorry to hear that the issue is still occurring. I understand that you would like both Spider‑Man games to be addressed; however, to ensure focused and effective troubleshooting, we can only support one game per thread. This helps avoid confusion and allows us to provide more targeted assistance.

I recommend creating a separate thread for the other game so we can address it properly. Please let me know which game you’d like us to focus on in this thread, and kindly share a screenshot of the exact in‑game graphics/settings currently in use.

I look forward to your response.

Best regards
